2 KEYS TO SUCCEED SMOOTHLY as good parents
Because nowadays, every parent works:
v How can you succeed, in all areas of your life? At work, in your relationships with your partner, family & friends & at being a good parent.
ANTICIPATION: you must plan, ahead the next day for your family & for your job.
As we, all have 8 hours to sleep to recover, 8 hours of work and 8 hours to live our personal lives (with close relationships, children and enjoy our hobbies.)
I. KEY: AT WORK: plan the tasks for the next day or week.
Every morning or end of your day: take 15 minutes, to review your daily work and to plan the next day work.
Don’t let tasks, you could have managed today behind, because unexpected tasks will come on your desk & you will be overwhelmed & very stressed.
vYou must stay ahead on your daily tasks at work so you won’t have to work extra time and miss your time with your family.
II. KEY: AT HOME: plan ahead, your family’s needs:
1. SHOPPING: Food & drinks: buy them, once a week and freeze them: it takes only 2h/week.
- Clothes & shoes: buy enough of change for a week, or order on line, your family’s clothing and shoes.
- You will need to buy new clothes and shoes every 2 months, as children grow very fast, especially with shoes).
2. CLEANING & LAUNDRY: Do it, with your partner & children, when they are old enough to help you, once a week. It takes 2 hours a week).
v It will create a family activity and it will train them to keep their homes clean and nice.
3. COOKING: as it may take 1 hour per day: While cooking, unfreeze the meat for the next day & check if you have all the ingredients, you will need to cook, for the next day.
Allow your children, to watch a movie, you have checked so you can cook, quietly when they are safe. them
v Take turn with your partner so, you can spend time with your children for homework, bath or to play with them.
BED TIME: put your children to bed between 7.30pm to 8.30pm so they can be restored and you have time with your partner or for yourself.
